What Customer Support (More OLM.net)?

We have a server hosted at OLM.net, and can't move it easily because of some entrenched requirements and the price is great for what we're using it for (mostly, it's a high-bandwidth radio server). Last Friday, a domain that we adminster on the server (www.understandourworld.org) quit responding to DNS requests. We haven't touched any of the domains on that server in more than four months. It's been running just perfectly.

Friday it quit. Entirely. All of the other domains on that particular server were responding, as they should be. Direct requests to the server resolved properly, but none of the results of the DNS on that particular server were being propogated so that the rest of the world could find it.

I called OLM on Monday and had a chat with Sammiz, a Indian sounding female, who kept asking me why I had let the domain expire. She did a WHOIS query, and found out that domain was registered less than a year ago, but she asked me again ... why had I let the domain expire? Arrghh! After I explained for the third or fourth time what the problem was, she realized that she could not help me and gave me a trouble ticket.

She assured me that in 4 to 6 hours, the problem would be fixed. About fifteen minutes later, I got an email, with a trouble ticket number and a message that it had been elevated to Level 2 support. "Ah ha!" I thought. My problems are solved. Imagine my surprise when I walked in today and tried to query the domain .... nothing. Nada. Zip.

I called them back up, and was greeted by a non-English speaking operator, who transfered me to a "Sys Admin". I was on hold for ten minutes before "Omar" the sys admin answered, explaining that my DNS servers had "dropped out of the DNS" (can anyone tell me how / why that happens? I've been doing this for 10+ years and haven't once had a server or domain drop out of the DNS).

He reinput them for me, and assures me that they'll be running in 2 to 4 hours. [Side note .... I wrote this more than 6 hours ago, it is still not up.] Bets?
