It Was Coming...

Last week, on Monday, our remaining (dedicated?) R&D programmer should've returned from his vacation that he decided to take (for a week) with one-day worth of notice.

We postulated he was looking for a new job, which he may have been. We postulated he was actually doing what he said he was, which he may have been. We postulated he was site-seeing, which he may have been.

But, most importantly, we postulated whether or not it is a good thing that the remaining R&D programmer decided to go to the West Coast on one-day's notice, and, upon his return the following Monday, decided to not come in until noon.

We postulated saving our cash reserves on someone who wanted the job more, could produce more, and cared about what he was doing.

And so, we now have more cash in the bank, and less cash going out to employees -- since we no longer have any dedicated R&D programmers.
